What counts as a COD order?
A single cash-on-delivery order ingested from your store in a billing month. Prepaid orders are tracked for free and never count toward your limit. NDR follow-ups or re-deliveries on the same order don't count again.
How do you measure RTO savings?
We establish your baseline RTO rate during free observe mode, then report the delta once protection is live. ₹-saved = COD orders cancelled before shipping (forward + reverse freight avoided) plus RTOs prevented by risk holds, measured against that baseline. The full math is visible in your dashboard.
Are WhatsApp message costs included?
Yes. Utility-conversation costs for COD confirmation and NDR recovery are bundled into every paid plan. There are no hidden per-message pass-throughs on standard volumes.
What happens if I exceed my COD order limit?
Extra orders are billed at your plan's per-order overage rate, and nothing pauses — your RTO protection keeps running. If overage is consistent, upgrading to the next tier is usually cheaper.
Do I have to build any workflows?
No. RTO Shield is fully managed — connect your store, courier and WhatsApp, and it runs. Paid plans also include a bundle of workflow-automation runs if you later want to automate anything else.
