Plain-language version of how we handle your data. If anything here is unclear, ask us.

What we collect

We collect the information you give us and the information we need to run your automations. Nothing more than that.

  • Account details: your name, work email, company and team size.
  • Billing details: payment method, billing address, and optionally your GSTIN for B2B tax purposes.
  • Workflow data: the triggers, steps and credentials you connect, plus the run logs we keep so you can see what happened.
  • COD order data (RTO Shield): order identifiers, courier tracking data, risk scores, and confirmation outcomes.
  • Usage data: basic analytics about how the product is used, so we can fix what's slow or broken.

How we use it

We use your data to run the workflows you build, to support you when something goes wrong, and to keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We only share it with the providers you choose to connect, because that is the whole point of an automation.

How we protect credentials

Every credential you store with us is encrypted at rest using authenticated encryption (XSalsa20-Poly1305). OAuth tokens are refreshed before a run and are never stored in plaintext. Each workspace is isolated from the others, and access inside your workspace is controlled by role.

Data retention

We keep your run history and COD order data for as long as your plan allows (3 days on Workflow Free, up to 1 year on paid tiers). You can delete a workflow and its logs at any time.

When you cancel your account, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 30 days so you can export it. We will send you an export reminder immediately on cancellation and again at day 25. After 30 days, all workspace data is permanently deleted — run logs and workflow configs as JSON, COD order data as CSV.

We may retain some account-level records (invoices, billing history) for longer where required by Indian tax law.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will sort it out.
